There is an outdoor pool area and adjacent wellness pavilion with an indoor pool, as well as a squash court and main visitor and owner access off Hill Road. Every apartment has views of the sea and Cape Town. 

Due to the restricted footprint of each tower a unique layout was devised. Each unit runs from the front to the back of the block, each lift lobby has access to only two apartments giving a very luxurious feel on arrival.
